If you fancy rubbing shoulders with famous faces, you can drive to Cannes in under 10 minutes, and it’s also easy to explore the striking coastline of the French Riviera. But occasionally we all want some time to relax – and this villa is made for chilled out trips. Uncomplicated interiors in gradients of calm grey deliver the tranquility you’re searching for, while the glittering swimming pool will leave you fully refreshed. Head to the master balcony with a morning coffee or evening cocktail and feel the warmth of the sun on your face, as you enjoy the epic sea views and take a moment to revel in that joie de vivre.

Villa Époque is arranged as follows:

Ground floor: A spacious, light-filled living room with an elegant fireplace opens onto a panoramic terrace, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. A separate, fully equipped kitchen completes this level.

Upper floor: A sumptuous master suite with a dressing room, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony overlooking the sea. Two additional en-suite bedrooms, each with their own balcony, ensure comfort and privacy.

Garden level: A dedicated relaxation space, featuring a refined en-suite guest bedroom and a summer lounge opening directly onto the pool area—ideal for moments of serenity and entertaining.
